A Ground-Up Renovation Project
At Stanley Terrace, we had the opportunity to transform a home from the ground up. After the house was raised by a specialized company, we fully constructed the new ground floor — from framing and plasterboard to exterior cladding and elegant herringbone parquet flooring.
Working closely with our client, an interior designer, we brought their vision to life. The project included the installation of custom windows and a bespoke staircase, the creation of planters, a terrace and balustrade, as well as complete bathroom builds and decorative wall finishes.
Bellbowrie
In Bellbowrie, our client — a builder himself — entrusted us with the complete organization of his home’s exterior transformation.
We built a 30-meter retaining wall and fence, and poured two concrete slabs: one for garden sheds and the other for a jet ski area.
The garage was converted into a fully soundproofed music room, featuring engineered flooring, acoustic plasterboard, and custom windows.
Finally, the centerpiece of this project: a striking 70 m² terrace with a curved staircase and spotted gum balustrade, beautifully paired with the stone cladding we designed and installed.
Burleigh Heads, James Street
In Burleigh, our client entrusted us to design and build a fully custom TV unit.
Beyond hosting the television, the design integrates a library that dresses the full length of the apartment wall. A stylish standing desk was also incorporated into the feature wall, along with ample storage and drawers for a refined and functional result.
